Hi, I’m Neil… My photography life all started with the film camera my Dad gave me as a kid... I still remember the first photo I ever took… It was of our cat, Cooper… he was giving me stink eye at the front door, a snowy day depicted behind him, with the top of his head poking up above the door frame as he waited to be let in to the warm house.

I have a love of exploring all things abandoned & old and am proud to be a bit weird and love all things unusual. My camera is never far from reach. There is great satisfaction from thinking of a creative concept & then bringing it to life. There really is something magical about photography, it gives me my place in the world & I absolutely love it.

A few more random facts about me…

Absolutely hate the noise of polystyrene. Lost my wallet in Osaka - found it two days later. Raphael from Ninja Turtles is my spirit animal. A good underdog story will bring a tear to my eye. I once sold my soul on a piece of paper to my friend when I was 21… he kindly gave it back 2 years later. Love to travel, get off the beaten track & do what the locals do. Fiery Aries. I have a red & black milk snake called Myles. Cheese makes everything better, who is with me? Reverse parking champ. Golden Grunger.
